The apartment is very well located. You can walk everywhere, including to the supermarket. It's located 400 meters from the beach, across from Schmitd Market.


The pool, with three depths, is perfect for the whole family, and in addition to it, you can enjoy the game room with billiards and foosball for some fun. If you prefer, you can maintain your fitness routine with access to the exclusive gym for adults; just speak to the caretaker to gain access to the facility. Your stay will be even more complete with all these leisure options!


I will be available by phone almost 24 hours a day. Key handover and any questions that require in-person assistance will be handled by our very helpful housekeeper, who is also responsible for check-in and check-out.

We’re situated in a prime location near shops, the beach, and fun activities all within easy walking distance of 5 to 15 minutes. It is important to highlight the following rules of our condominium - In case of non-compliance, the fine is R$500.00:

- Driving wet through the hallways and elevators within the apartment blocks;

- Each apartment has 1 parking space. If a second car uses a third party's space without authorization, it will be given a wheel lock and will be fined;

- We ask everyone to read the rules displayed in the elevators. There is always useful information in them, in case of non-compliance with the condominium rules;

- In cases where pets are allowed, it is expressly forbidden to leave the property and leave them alone in the apartment. You should always take your dog or other animal with you. After all, if you brought your pet on vacation, he should enjoy it too, and not be trapped inside an apartment. In this case, the fine is R$800.00 (there is a municipal law that considers leaving an animal alone in a hotel as abandonment).

We also emphasize that the check-out time is 10 am. Any flexibility must be agreed exclusively via AirBnB chat, never via social media. In case of non-compliance, there will be penalties, including civil liability in case of late check-in of the next guest.

O apartamento é super limpo, bem localizado. As áreas de lazer do prédio são maravilhosas, ficamos tranquilos ao usar a piscina junto com nossa filha menor, pois tem partes específicas por profundidade. A comunicação com Cleber é tranquila e rápida, dentro do possível foi prestativo em auxiliar nas nossas demandas. A Sthefane que nos recebeu, é uma querida. O contato com o Zelador Sinésio foi super rápido também. Agradecemos a estadia, e voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Apartamento novo, limpo e lindo. Próximo a praia de bombas, mercado, farmácia e avenida principal com várias lojas e restaurantes. O condomínio é extremamente organizado e silencioso, a rua tbm é ótima, longe de toda muvuca e aglomerações. O Cleber sempre respondia as msgs. Só tivemos problemas com o sinal do wifi, não funcionou nenhum dia :( mas nada que atrapalhasse a viagem. Muito satisfeita com a estadia
