Important to note: from April 15th to November 15th, the city’s Environmental Preservation Fee is not charged. :)

The Village EcoPark condominium is one of the closest to the sea, with a pool available for guests. It is extremely well-located, making access easy even on busy days. We are close to Fragata Avenue, your best option for traveling between the beaches. The great location of the condominium allows you to do everything on foot: beach, supermarket, and a wide variety of restaurants. In short, everything you need is within a 5 to 15-minute walk from EcoVillage.

The pool, with three depths, is perfect for the whole family, and in addition to it, you can enjoy the game room with billiards and foosball for some fun. If you prefer, you can maintain your fitness routine with access to the exclusive gym for adults; just speak to the caretaker to gain access to the facility. Your stay will be even more complete with all these leisure options!

I will be available by phone almost 24 hours a day. Key handover and any questions that require in-person assistance will be handled by our very helpful housekeeper, who is also responsible for check-in and check-out.
